Preparation:
For BEST results please water 24 hours before service. Please mark sprinkler heads more than 4 inches from the perimeter of the lawn with marking flags (plastic utensils ok). If power raking- do not water within 24 hours of service. Lawn surfaces need to be fairly dry for effective power raking.
During Service:
All services DO NOT require anyone to be present at the time of service. Please keep pets inside the house (or kenneled), access to the back lawn unlocked (if applicable), and make sure gutter spouts are down and replaced after service.
Post Service:
Watering the lawn after time of service is not necessary in most cases, however, it is recommended to ‘quick activate’ product applications.
Herbicide spray or granular step-2 weed and feed applications need to stay on after service. YOU MUST water the morning after service (no longer than 24-hours dry before watering. 10 minutes per zone is recommended after application.)
Grub (insecticide) and fungus treatments are best watered ASAP after service (10 minutes per zone).
After over-seeding water 7-14 days consecutively following service.
